Kunstpodium T

Since its founding in 2007, Kunstpodium T in Tilburg has focused on the development of talent in the visual arts. Its core objective is to support the early-career phase of (professional) artistic talent through a range of projects. The Apprentice Master project offers an intensive collaborative trajectory between recently graduated artists from various academies (the Apprentices) and established artists (the Masters). ARTpart is a low-threshold helpdesk where artists can discuss current questions, whether practical or content-related. Through its projects, Kunstpodium T makes visible how the cultural network and infrastructure are structured, and how (emerging) artists can find their place within them. Kunstpodium T has been involved in Inversie since its first edition and contributes to the programme with a focus on entrepreneurship, the Peer Critique Sessions, and the development and organisation of the symposium.

Witte Rook is a platform for research, experimentation and reflection in professional visual art, with a strong focus on societal issues. Its programme is based on providing time, space and context through long-term projects in which the artist’s voice is central. There is particular attention to publishing on artistic processes and to the influence of digital culture on art and society. The name Witte Rook refers to a “sign of approval,” reflecting a belief in working from a curious and open mindset. In the coming years, Witte Rook aims to play a leading role in shaping the narrative of the artist by focusing on digital storytelling and hybrid residency projects that explore what an “Artist-in-Residence of the future” might be. Witte Rook has been involved in Inversie since its first edition and contributes to the programme through communication (including application texts), publication and editorial work. Grafisch Atelier Den Bosch

Graphic Atelier Den Bosch (GADE) offers artists, designers and creatives a well-equipped workshop with expert guidance and an environment dedicated to experimentation. The atelier functions both as a development space and a meeting place, serving as a crossroads where makers from different disciplines learn from one another and build networks. As a workshop, GADE mediates between technical knowledge, materials and artistic practice, and has observed a growing interest among younger generations in experimentation rooted in craftsmanship. Within Inversie, GADE aims to stimulate this development and contribute to strengthening the cultural infrastructure. Innovation in visual art through graphic techniques is central, enabling both artists and the workshop to continue learning together. “Projects like Inversie, where we can experiment and innovate together with image-makers, truly energise us. Supporting artists with our expertise allows them to push their boundaries while contributing to a stronger cultural climate. Inversie is a meaningful way for us to take part in this process.”
