Key concepts within the programme include knowledge sharing, community building, interdisciplinary collaboration, reciprocity and continuous development. On a weekly basis, the programme offers activities such as studio visits, expert meetings, workshops and sessions for in-depth critical reflection and the further development of practical skills. These sessions take the form of two-hour discussions in which a single artwork by a participating artist is explored in depth.
